Returns, Shipping and Warranty

Everything you need to know about Returns, Refunds, Shipping and Warranty.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of used merchandise. The only exceptions to this are if the merchandise is defective.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unless your item is determined to be defective, a 2.9% credit card processing fee will be subtracted from the amount of your return. Paypal and other payment processing companies keep the 2.9% credit card processing fee even if a refund is requested before your order is sent.


Unless your item is determined to be defective, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning merchandise.


See Through Canoe warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year labor and parts from the original ship date. During this period, See Through Canoe will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at See Through Canoe ’s option, without charge to you. Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by See Through Canoe . All shipping fees both to and from See Through Canoe following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer. See Through Canoe makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this product other than as set forth below. See Through Canoe makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. Except as provided below, See Through Canoe is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the canoe. Under no circumstances shall See Through Canoe be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the canoe. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
    Warranty Conditions
  1. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by See Through Canoe .
  2. This warranty covers only normal use of the canoe. See Through Canoe shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or accidental damage.
  3. You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
  4. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
