Description
Barr Lake is nothing special as far as Colorado lakes go but it's still a nice place to paddle. It's a good place to go to see Bald Eagles also. There are no houses at the edge of the lake. There are also no "mountain views".
There is hardly ever any boat traffic on the lake and often times you will be the only boat on the lake. One side of the lake is bordered by Barr Lake state park.
There is a boat ramp at the lake.
